Extremely prompt fulfillment, with orders arriving next day. Better yet, seemingly the ONLY source that take care to package properly items that require refrigeration. I recently recommended them to my vet, and it turned out they had already switched to them as well.

Great service. I ordered on their website and it accidentally gave me next day shipping. I called them they refunded me the difference in my money and I was very happy. I would recommend all that to anybody

Fair prices. They do what they say will do. Chilled container used to ship a product that needs it.
