I bought a sapphire necklace from Allurez. The pendant itself was fine but the chain it came with is very thin and poor in quality. The company makes you pay the import duty tax for shipping abroad. They do not make this clear and explicit at checkout, so the shipping cost is actually DOUBLE whatever they quote you, bringing the total to well over a reasonable amount. £70 to ship a tiny pendant from the US to the UK! In terms of their customer service, it was average. They weren't very sympathetic to my situation and were not very helpful at offering a solution. Very annoyed with this company. Will not be recommending them. Buy from the UK instead, spend the extra money on a quality piece of jewellery.

I ordered one necklace and two rings from Allurez site.I can say that they are really awsome.Just like I expected,everything is beautiful and size fit.So glam and chic! I really recommend you Allurez for jewerly,believe me,you won't regret it. I'm very satisfied! xx

Ordered a diamond wedding band from Allurez and it was an absolutely amazing and comforting experience. The reps were extremely helpful as they assisted me in finding the perfect ring and it turned out to be gorgeous! The quality was beyond what I had expected and look forward to shopping with them again!!

I was looking with my brother for a diamond ring for his fiancee. We have been looking through boutique stores, but were having difficulties finding the perfect ring that suited all her wishes. With allurez, that was not a problem. The care was so professional, the customer service was so helpful to help us really find the perfect ring (which by the way she absolutely LOVED!!!!). First... I'll start with the "not so good"... I ordered a very specific custom made engagement ring. I was told 5-14 business days to make the ring then overnight delivery. It ended up being 16 business days and left me scrambling to propose before i left the country. Now, The GREAT! The customer service was exceptional. Quick responses to emails and phone calls. Then, when the ring was finally finished on a Friday, the Company paid for Saturday delivery to make sure I had it in had before I left the country. Also Great is the Quality! The ring looked fantastic. It was definitely well made and at a price that was SUPER competitive. I've Fallen in love with this company. I'll just make sure to give them a few extra days when I order our wedding bands!
