They are not great. I paid for the premium and it didn't work. I would stick with Ordnance Survey any day.

I want to give it zero stars. It forces you to create an account, then bombards you with unsolicited pointless email, and then when you decide you don't like it - and why would you? - it hides the account deletion option in as obscure a place as it can, and does not act immediately on it!!! In terms of the app itself, I needed it to load an event route, but it so unintuitive as to be unusable. When I got to the event, the app had been superceded by another - and the crowd of 100 or so at the race briefing literally cheered to be rid of the piece of junk that AllTrails is. Will not try again unless there is a free 14-day evaluation without account sign up. A company confident in their product would offer that.

Did the 7 day free trial. Didn’t find it user friendly so tried to cancel. Have done so within the 7 day period but still have been charged for full year and now can’t even access it as I “deleted my account” yet still been charged for it. Zero customer service or accountability. Do not use!

Before AllTrails created the Peak subscription I could plan routes everything was great. Now with the standard subscription, called Plus, I can't plan a route. I will have to pay twice as much for a facility I used to have under the original subscription. AllTrails that is a very cynical way treat your customers!

j'ai payé à tort deux abonnements à 23.99 € car lorsque j'ai payé la première fois, aucun abonnement n'apparaissait dans mon compte. J'ai repris le même abonnement deux mois plus tard, toujours pas d'abonnement inscrit dans mon profil et aucune possiblité de joindre le service. Personne ne vous écrit dans votre boite mail, le chat est là juste pour nous faire patienter ! A fuir !!!

SCAM - AVOID. Same as other recent reviewers: pop-up window on the Android app AllTrails asked for £0 credit card authorisation (using Google Pay on Android) to verify the free trial, which I agreed to. Next day an email came through saying free one-day trial, but notifying of £49 per month service fee. Thank You Santander for declining the payment and alerting me. If you see an email saying "Welcome to Proxysm Tech" from support @ proxysmtech . com (without the gaps) then take action to report it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Absolute rubbish. According to Alltrails, my latest hike in the Herefordshire countryside was a skiing activity. Now i understand it "helpfully" (actually really not helpfully) defaults to the last activity, but when I edit the activity it still insists on the title page that i was skiing!
