Paid for a year. What a joke! None of my hiking friends could figure it out either. It’s not up to date, is overpriced for what it offers and, worse, the support service is terrible. Forget anything beyond obvious, already well-marked trails. Don’t waste your money.

Bought Alltrails Plus then upgraded to Peak within the App a very short timeframe afterwards. Didn't get refunded for the Plus so I asked the bot if I could be refunded now I was subscribed to Peak. The bot just cancelled my subscription including Plus but only refunded me for Peak. Didn't even confirm that's what I wanted to do. So now I'm down £35.99 and no App. Terrible App, wasn't massively keen on it's functionality before, now I think it's awful.

Dont subscribe to AllTrails if you ever want to cancel. They make it almost impossible, and if you ask for a refund, they wont give it to you unless the request is within 30 days of the charge showing up on your credit card, which of course it won't since most people look at their credit card statements 30-60 days after the charges. What a scam!
