Our tents are designed and engineered by TOOLPORT GmbH, one of Europe's leading tent brands. Like many manufacturers in our industry, production is carried out at carefully selected manufacturing facilities outside of Europe, including China. We do not represent that the products are manufactured in Europe. We also acknowledge that part of our previous communication regarding how promotions are managed was inaccurate. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention, and we have addressed it internally to ensure future communications are clear and accurate. While we understand that our promotional policy was not the outcome you were hoping for, we appreciate your business and your feedback.
