If you are looking to remodel your bathroom or just upgrade it look no further for a quality product . A medicine cabinet can become a statement when guests are over . We recently did our main bathroom and wanted a newer medicine cabinet . I did a lot of research and i'am so glad we choose Exbrite . You know your dealing with a quality company when you discover an issue while installing it. Called cust service and the rep could not have been more curtious and ensured the replacement was being shipped out . A few days later a package arrived . There was the item in perfect condition . There are a lot of companies that give you the run around but Exbrite goes above and beyond . We are very happy with there product and constantly get compliments . I will tell anyone looking , to look no further . Exbrite is the way to go .

We bought an ExBrite Mirror for our recent remodel. It is beautiful and the functionality is amazing. Multi colors, dimmable, night light, and an external shelf. We did have an issue with some damage upon delivery which Faith in customer service resolved promptly. I would highly recommend this product and company.

The representative Faith, made my experience great. Faith was professional and courteous and responded to me in a timely manner at every phase of the shipping process. Faith made sure that I received the proper length bottom threshold for my shower door so there would be no more leakage on the bathroom floor. I appreciate very much her customer service skills.

After about 6 months from the time I had medicine cabinets / vanities with mirrored doors that light up starting the functioning I had been in contact with Faith who remain the calm in the storm that took place trying to pinpoint the problem and to get it resolved took many months balls were dropped however faith always kept me aware off of what was going on where they were at if they needed any additional information such as a video of the malfunctioning in the end she had it arranged that they were able to offer me a replacement of the vanities because I had an electrician who came and said it is within this vanities that are defective and Faith made sure I was being being kept aware of why there wás a delay and it took several months to get them to replace the vanities w similar ones because the I originally purchased where discontinued. Faith often had to be the messenger of delay and oversight she has a very calming and reassuring ways out the way she does her job.Faith is a TRUE GEM!!! AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR HER COMMITMENT TO DO RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. I WISH EVERY COMPANY I DO BUSINESS WITH WOULD JAVE A FAITH WORKING FOR THEM.

Very pleased with our cabinet mirror. It was a large item and purchase but well worth it. We received the item quickly. It was crated and well protected. There was a small glitch that was immediately addressed by the team. We received exemplary service. Do not hesitate to use this vender.
