I purchased a shower enclosure on Amazon and during installation I found a manufacturing mistake made it impossible to attached the glass shower door to the pivot points on the door frame. The pre-drilled holes on the door did not line up with the fixed location of the pivots. After 2 calls to a "hotline" I was put in contact with Allsumhome (ExBrite). Service Rep Manny was extremely helpful and understood the issue. He put me in touch with an engineer, Sal, who was even more impressive with knowledge and possible solutions. Together we determined exactly what I needed. He sent me the pieces I needed to rebuild the frame and I finished the installation. This is how customer service should be! Well done guys and thanks!

The mirrors arrived with a defect in the glass. Customer service was exceptional. They immediately offered either a refund or a replacement. We chose replacement. Customer service sent me tracking numbers and then followed up when they were notified the mirrors had been delivered. Thank you for a hassle free experience!

I absolutely love me mirror ! It makes our remodeled bath room really cool and modern looking. I have plenty of storage and can easily find the things I use. There was an issue with one of the doors. A new door was sent out within a week and the issue was solved. Great customer service! Now I want one in my other bathroom.

Amazing customer service!!! Seriously, this company goes above and beyond to help their customers out. I had an issue with parts on a large LED medicine cabinet and they did the due diligence to find the exact parts that needed replacement, and are mailing them to me now in Alaska. Can’t say how much I appreciate a company that does the right thing and communicates well throughout the process to ensure they for sure make things right for their customers.

I ordered the illusion 72x36 medicine cabinet and love it! I can’t live without it! There’s so much storage and the mirrors are great for makeup. I had no issues with delivery and when I noticed the clock was not keeping the correct time they sent out a replacement asap. The customer service was excellent!
