The customer service response was quick and effective. The medicine cabinet I purchased had a scratch on it. I received a replacement door within 3 days of filing a complaint. I received multiple text messages to help me with this problem. Claire was kind enough to send me a message to confirm the delivery.

Outstanding customer service that really stands behind their products and that alone makes them stand above other companies. I ordered two medicine cabinets via wayfair. I had ordered them early as I wanted them to be ready for my contractor when the other items for our bathroom renovation were in. A mistake on my end because once they were installed and not functioning as they should it was out of wayfairs return window. I reached out to the company. Their number is right on the bottom of the instruction booklet. Very quick response, they shared what they would need to address the issue. I sent pictures and my invoice and described my issue . The two medicine cabinets I had ordered were discontinued so I really feel like this company went above and beyond by sending me the updated models. They arrived and were in perfect working order. They kept me informed each step of the way and even reached out after I received the second cabinet as to my satisfaction. Fantastic!
