I have had a person come out to look at…
I have had a person come out to look at my wheelchair, which I paid for and have not heard anything from all star wheelchairs. I have MS and need it repaired. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. It has been a month I am suppose to have a 5 year warranty and I have only had the chair for a month.

Did not get our extra battery. NO RESPONSE FOR HELP
April update. FINALLY spoke with someone when we called AGAIN. The battery was taken care of. If this is any indication of the customer service when something breaks, I’m dreading it. It literally took a couple months to get any assistance. Did not get our extra battery. We’ve been trying to get a call back for weeks. No response. We told them we want to return it. No response. SCAM $1350 wasted. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Contacting BBB and attorney next. Update. STILL NO RESPONSE

Person delivered the wrong unit. It weighs well of 58 pounds when I had ordered the light one that weighs 78 pounds plus the batter. I have not heard from them in over a week. I’m thinking it’s time to report this the consumer protection bureau in my state
