I don't like that I can't edit meds and remove them when not needed, I have to call. What is the point of a website if I have to call? Meds I no longer need for a deceased dog still show up on my autoship - they should be deleted, not suspended because now I can't update anything on autoship.

I have bought from this company without any problems until now. Somehow an order got placed on Auto-ship. this is something I never do. I had to call in to put a stop to this because I didn't want it. One hour later I got a reminder for my upcoming auto-ship. I had to call-in again and explain to them I wanted the auto-ship COMPLETELY removed and to never happen again! Other web sites like Chewy allow you to completely remove an auto-ship without TRAPPING you into calling in.

I appreciate being able to reorder my pet medication. However, I had to restart several times to complete the order and had to make sure it did not do auto refill which I don't want. Otherwise, it was okay and hopefully will be easier next time.

I really haven’t noticed much difference in the past year. My dogs shed and doesn’t see improvement with their digestive system. I will continue to use the product to see if we see positive results in the near future.

I've been ordering from Allivet for years and I'm happy with the quickness of getting what I order and they always have the products I'm looking for. The only issue is the price of the cat Insulin has increased and it costs me more for that than it does for a month of dog food and I have 11 dogs.

Unfortunately, this particular order didn't work well with the credit card I've always used, but had to update the year and the CVS number. I had to do it 5-6 times to get it to finally go through. Previously, orders worked well.

I really like Allivet however there are a few drawbacks and here they are. I use CareCredit for all my dogs needs as I have 5 of them and you do not accept CareCredit. Why not???? it is for medical also you will not allow an individual to fax in the RX received from their veterinarian so it takes so much longer to get the RX. My veterinarian is amazing but they will not fax RX to outside vendors as they have their own pharmacy in house but they will give me the script to take elsewhere.

I expected a discount coupon in my welcome email as promised, I got a welcome email, no coupon....I also expected discount for enrolling in autodelivery as promised....again, it didn't give me a discount
