Even before the pandemic the time it takes them to ship out orders is terrible

Your website sucks. What should have taken a couple minutes, took me fifteen minutes! I think i should receive a discount foe the wasted time. If you do not agree with me, consider this my first and last order! Silver Fox

Had dog heart medication set to auto ship and after not receiving a week after it should have arrived, I contacted them and found that 1. the next auto ship date was removed from their auto ship section (I had seen it there a few days before when I checked), 2. AFTER they had NOT shipped one week after the specified auto ship date, they had to send prescription AGAIN to vet to authorize (when I order from vet, the prescription stands.. and 3.AlliVet promised to overnight express, and it WAS NOT overnight expressed so that my dog was without heart medication for 6 days!! Allivet initial order went smoothly, but found that they are NOT reliable for sending urgent medication and do NOT follow up as they promise! Wanted to like them as I save $40 on two bottles above what my local vet charges... but found them to be unreliable and not follow through as promised.

Order confirm off by $107. When I received 1 jar instead of 3 I was told I really ordered 3 capsules not 3 jars and the confirm should have said $125. Instead of an apology and an offer to discount the product I got a tough luck attitude. An escalation manager called back and made we walk through the whole thing again and added insult to injury by asking if the jar had been opened. There appear to be a lot of happy customers so this may be a one off. I won’t use them again.

I purchased Albon per my Vets recommendation. I have been disappointed by Allivet's customer service now and in the past. The pharmacists do not work on Sat. to dispense our animal families much-needed prescription medication. It takes way too long to get the meds out of the building and into the mail. When I had customer service call the pharmacist for assist he had an uncaring response. How sad... I do not recommend Allivet. In this day and age customer service is so very important. It is much more important than the price for my fur-family. nob

I've been buying from allivet since 2 years ago. I really like the products but the part that i dont like is that they are charging for shipping and i use to pick up the products in the warehouse, its easier and cheaper for me because i live really close to them. The other day i was so upset because i bought 8 vaccines for my dogs and i forgot to add one for my cat ...they charged me $30 ....do you think that i will order one more separate ? no way....

I do not like it when they tell me when an order is going to be delivered then it is NOT. It seems here lately that there have been a host of issues with packages not getting here when they say.

I was on autoship plan, when my credit card expired I did not get any warning or notice email, they just did not ship the med for my dog. Not good practice!!
