You cannot beat their prices. Also, their customer service is excellent - very responsive and quick to assist on all levels, very friendly too! I have been using them for all my flea and heartworm treatments for 8 years with no complaints. If your vet participates they can even connect directly with them to have your prescriptions automatically sent to them to be filled!!! I f your vet does not - you have to mail in your rx (Miami is horrible for mail delivery by the way), but even those are minor compared to the price and service you get!

I had to have a prescription sent to my vacation home and it went well until I called back and changed the delivery carrier...I could not wait. The change was accepted but it when to my home address - probably a computer thing, When I called back to complain they sent me the refill free of charge to the correct address. Now that is great customer service !!
