Ordering and auto-ship work well. But it takes a long time to receive the order. Still haven't received my last order shipped thru USPS.

First time use. They had the vets phone number wrong so took longer than expected. Hence, the 4 star. Once problem corrected got product quickly.

I have now placed 2 orders with Allivet for my 2 new kittens. Both orders arrived promptly and were exactly what I ordered. My only less than stellar experience was my contact with an operator trying to get some advice about the weight range for the product and using auto ship. My newest kitten is part Maine Coon and close to the upper limit of the weight for the orange Revolution Plus. Essentially, it was a waste of time and I was compelled to order far more conservatively since she may well exceed the range when I need to reorder. Surely, the operators should be able to offer suggestions regarding questions such as this.

I have been using Allivet for a number of years and the only hiccup I had was when I ordered 2 new disease drug RX that I had been purchasing from another company but on the advice of my vet to change. I was extremely anxious because they are coronary disease drugs that are needed. It was eventually resolved but took a couple of days before the order shipped.April

I am an autoship customer. I earn rewards. However, it requires contacting you to apply those rewards to future purchases. I should not have to do that. It should be automatic.
