Past experience has been great. However, for this order, I had received several emails with different coupon codes that said "apply to ANY order over $50". I tried several times and received an error back from the site saying I did not have anything in my cart that I could use the coupon on. My cart value was over $100. A bit frustrating since I've used promo codes before on the same items with success.

Horrible, horrible web ordering! Slooooooooooow server and doesn't pick up entries and this is on a auto ship rx.

I expected to see my previous ordering information, but my history had been deleted. Information for my pet, meds and vet had to be reentered. I entered accurate credit card information five times, but the card was never accepted. I finally enter info for a different card. The site was much slower than I had expected.

Terrible packaging job. When I went to pick my package up, contents were falling out of the box.

I don’t have any issue with allivet except that one of my pet prescriptions is routinely out of stock. Not sure why this happens. I wish they would at least let you place the back order rather than have to constantly go into the website and check to see if the item is available.

I just spent over an hour trying to get through your website. I never did get it done correctly. Supposedly, since I had already placed an order with you, you had automatically provided me with a way to get in. Not so! No matter what I did, it did not work. Sigh... I prevailed, and created a way through my husband's email address; mine is "still in use(less).

I came back to using Allivet because my local vet was out of a needed prescription. I hustled to get my documentation in on Friday and called early Monday to see when it would ship. I was told it was being escalated and would go out same day. Later in the day, it hadn't shipped and I called to be told I had done everything right but there was an error on their end. Tues, still not shipped... again, issues on their end and going to be escalated. At this point, if it ships Wed, it will have been 5 days to even leave the facility (plus the 3-7 for actual shipping).. and by calling all over town, I found the same medication in person myself in the meanwhile. Yes, it's cheaper at Allivet but that doesn't do any good when they're not actually sending it out. It's super frustrating to have a senior pet with ever changing medical needs and not be able to fulfill things reliably.

I received a $15.00 store credit number with nowhere to enter it in this order. Figures. Not having much luck here lately.
