Reckless incompetence! My dogs life relies on the medication I had on autoship with this company. I did not receive her medication on the date expected. They responded they never sent it because there was a problem with my credit card on file. First of all, there is absolutely no issue with the payment method I gave them, but more importantly, they never bothered to reach out AT ALL to let me know there was a problem. They just didn’t send it. Now I’m scrambling trying to find her medication on the island I live on. Do not trust your dogs health with this company!

Dishonest company. They are claiming we signed up for a three month autoship subscription and refused to cancel the order after we called them.

just now New I have been using this online pharmacy for 6 months. My dog is on heart medication and blood pressure Medication. If he does not take, he will die Every single month. It is a fight to get my medications that are not shipped on time. They are not open on the weekends. Two weekends in a row it was supposed to arrive on Friday and never showed up. I talked with them Monday morning and they expedited it. The fastest option still takes 3 days and they sent the wrong medication again. This business does not have it together. Unless you want your pet to die, please find another pharmacy!

I paid for 1-3 Day Shipping and instead, it will take 5-6 days to deliver my cat's medications. My prescription was Approved on Wednesday, April 8th with an email stating it would ship the following day (a Thursday). I receive an email stating it will shop and the USPS Tracking shows it won't arrive untl April 16th! How is that 1-3 Day Shipping? I'm only counting business days like they do and that 5 business days. I'll have to think twice about using Allivet again. I'm already looking into CHEWY and others. Attention ALLIVET: I'm not going to post personal information or Order # specifics on a public forum. If you want more info, share an email address with a specific Reference #.

Per Allivet's comment below: They are going to review my account? Exactly what does that mean; and they are "going to reach out to me shortly" Dont bother me Allivet. You know you f'd up big time; and Allivet will soon be contacted by my attorney. SHAME ON ALLIVET FOR SELLING EXPIRED MEDICINES. Allivet sold me expired meds for my cat. My cat drooled and vomited after taking the meds BECAUSE ALLIVET SOLD ME EXPIRED MEDS. When I called Allivet to complain; they said I had to wait 24 hours for them to escalate my complaint. They said this AFTER they received photos of the EXPIRED PACKAGES OF MEDICINES they had sold me. DONT SHOP AT ALLIVET.

It should not take ***89*** emails back and forth over two months (from March 31 to May 27) to get any company to ship an order. Completely aggravating experience and horrible customer service. I will never again purchase anything from Allivet.com.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. My veterinarian sent 3 prescriptions to them on February 25, 2026 for my dog. They received and acknowledged the order and gave it an order number stating it was in process to be completed. This was all sent to me in a email. I did not receive the medications so I called customer service on March 10, 2026 to check the status of the order. I was told that the order number that I read to them right off the email copy did not exist and that there were no open orders on my account. I gave them the name of the Lead Pharmacy Technician that sent the email and they claimed it must have been sent in error and no order existed, but I could place an order at that time to be processed. Since my dogs condition had gotten worse I chose to order from another online service because I could not rely on them to ship the medications. They sent the email with their logo on it, with an order number and a technicians name on it and claimed it didn't exist. Don't waste your time and your pets health on them!
