I was a customer for 4 years and was always very satisfied with the service. Upon hearing of the death of my dog Angel, I received a beautiful email expressing their condolences. In addition, they issued me a full refund of a recent order because I wouldn't be able to use it. To me that was above and beyond what was necessary, They will get my business in the future.

This is a terrific company for ordering pet meds at a fair price. It's a challenging business, because they have to get prescription approvals from busy vets. They have improved customer service over the last two years and are very helpful and responsive when problems occur. I strongly recommend Allivet.

The prices have been consistently good and the customer service is great! Unfortunately my dog got sick and had to be put down. I had already received my autoship . I called customer service and they credited the charges back to my card right away !
