I was a bit weary after reading past reviews when I researched the company. The prices seemed too good to be true. I hadn't realized I used them in the past in a pinch with no issues so I tried again. Exceptional customer service and unbeatable prices. Highly recommend

Customer service was great correcting an order.
Customer service was great handling corrections in an auto order after they had a hiccup. They were previously verifying the prescription at the wrong veterinary location.

Chat help
I needed my auto ship early because my vet was going on vacation. The chat helped me do this. They also gave me an additional 30% off with the coupon I’d received in the mail. I have been very happy with Allivet.

Great all around
Competitive pricing, prompt shipping, helpful and easy to contact. It is a little difficult to add and remove medications from autoship without help. Other than that, I am very happy with Allivet!
