AllivetReviews of allivet.com

The response time was quick. The rep spoke fabulous English and was very pleasant to talk to. She did a great job managing several Rxs for a few companion animals. She even assisted with giving me a discount, which was greatly appreciated. I will always recommend ALLIVET to my network.

Fast service! Good customer service 👍🏼

Great customer service team. Reliable source for dog RX at much better price point than the vet.

Allivet has been my go to for prescriptions for my animals. They are very reasonably priced and love the autoship capability. You have to call to cancel an autoship or change quantities but they are real nice when you contact them. I recently lost a pet that was on 3 meds and they cancelled them immediately.

I ordered heartworm med online. Allivet contacted me to say I needed a prescription. During the run around lasting over 2 weeks with my vet (now ex-vet) Allivet and I were in contact. They were so kind, helpful and patient with the situation. They also sent it Fed Ex overnight as they knew my dog was two weeks late in her meds! I am a first time customer of theirs and I will definitely be a repeat customer for life. Thanks Allivet!!

The costumer service is excellent! They made my experience so easy when I was going through the difficult time of losing my cat. I would recommend allivet to family and friends and would choose it above others websites!

Setting up my auto ship was easy, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. There were issues getting the prescription from my vet. But they continued to pursue, kept me informed and now we are all set

Ease of not having to worry about ordering meds. Auto ship is great.
