Very efficient delivery of autoship. My dog died as his lay shipment arrived and Allivet graciously gave a refund for medication along with very kind words for the loss of my pet.

I had forgotten to update my credit card on file, I had to cancel the one on there due to unrelated fraud. Because of my mistake of not updating the card, my dog was in danger of not having his heart meds for a couple days. I called Allivet and updated my cc information. Despite no error on their end, they shipped my dog’s medication next day via FedEx. I really appreciated that, and I am a very happy customer.

Helped me out when I ran out of eye drops for my blind 15 yr old dog ! Upgraded shipping for me so he wouldn’t be out for too long !

I set up my pets prescription for auto ship so he wouldn’t run out but my first order was great but my second shipment did not go out as scheduled and my pet ended up being without his prescription for several days and I called and they said they would ship it 2 day shipping since it was their fault it didn’t ship as scheduled but I still haven’t received the medication and had to get another prescription just to make sure he wouldn’t be without his medication any longer. Don’t know what happened but certainly hope it doesn’t happen again with the next auto shipment!! I spoke with Allivet today and they were very apologetic and assured me that the next auto ship will arrive as promised and really took care of my concerns. I plan on using Allivet for my pets needs in the future!! Thank you for reaching out and resolving the issues!!

Allivet has been absolutely amazing for all of the years that we have been using them. Recently one of our furkinds passed and Allivet was so kind and compassionate toward us as auto ship had to be cancelled. This is the best pharmacy in my opinion as far as finding the right doses and quality medicines with the best prices. I have nothing but accolades for Allivet.

Allivet offers the best prices in this country. If I find a better price from another pharmacy in another state, Allivet will offer to beat that price. In order to keep me as a customer. Their customer service is top notch and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied.
