We use Allivet for our five dogs heart guard and seresto collars. They will match any companies price if it is lower. Shipment is very fast. I would have given a 5 but their customer service response time needs some improvement. I will continue to use Allivet for all my dogs pet care needs.

Efficient correction of information and then prompt delivery.

I saw my vet on New Years Day (yes they were open), I will not be giving my sweet girl her first pill until January 14th. So the vet clearance and the time it takes Allivet to prep and ship prescription USPS slow boat, it will be two weeks before your sweet dog gets any relief. Plan accordingly.

Overall ok experience. Been using Allivet for long time. Usually issues are taken care in a quick manner. Last issue I had 2 separate autoships scheduled for the same product. Without my approval they cancele one autoship which created supply issue for my horses. tried to explain that until I personally made changes to the autoship it should be left as I intended. Got a confirm that would happen. Then when expected the shipment it was canceled and could not make Aillvet customer service understand so made that purchase elsewhere at better price.

I have worked with Allivet since they were Walmart's pet pharmacy for several years. Their customer service does answer very fast. I have had to push a few times, but they have always fixed an order and ensured I was happy. I gave them 4 out 5 because I have had to push their customer service to correct the issue.

Update 8/29/2024 I have very much changed my thoughts on the company after receiving many contacts from their Customer Service Supervisor after reporting the issue. Actually my wife and I were very impressed in what seemed genuine concern over the issue below. I changed my rating to 4 stars from 1 star. I would like to give them 5 stars based on the Customer Service Supervisor contacting me and making things right. Based on her interactions I will use Allivet again but Im leaving it at 4 stars only because her employees dropped the ball on this, however I suspect the supervisor will use this as a training exercise for their staff. Mistakes can happen and this Allivet Supervisor acknowledged it and took action. If only all companies took customer service serious like she did. I would like to repeat, without hesitation I will use them again based on what seemed to be clear convincing concern for our issue by the Customer Service Supervisor and tells me this is a company that takes customer service serious. _______ Good when things go right, horrible and incapable of handling anything when things go wrong. Dealing with this company is a joke. My dogs heart meds where shipped past week but when I click the tracking it shows that it went from Allivet in Florida to my state back THEN back to Florida where ALLIVET is located. Now customer service tells me to ignore tracking information and that it is incorrect that I should have my dogs heart meds today. Well I do not have my dogs meds today and the tracking number they say to ignore says "delayed" all the way back to Allivet shipping in Florida (USPS) Allivet unwilling to do anything except tell me it will be here but it is not. I brought up my concerns about the medication being affected by the heat if it was in fact in transit only to be returned to them again this week. I asked for a new order to be delivered, they will not. It's like talking to a wall, they respond but it's useless because they only use words, no action. I could not nor have I ever been so mistreated by ANY online company then this one and I have been purchasing online for decades. They respond kindly but the words are empty, unwilling to send me out the product that they say is sent but can not give tracking information and it's still not here like they estimated.

The med arrived 4 days late. I was doubled charge from my bank. If I want a copy to dispute its going to cost me $25.00.. The emailing communication was always a day later, but they communicated well.. the phone conversation took so long. The prices are very reasonable. Note: make sure your vetinary faxes a copy of your prescription needed. They don't tell you this on the site, until after your order is placed. I'd rate product, communication very well.

Always receive what we need on time. Customer service is helpful and courteous. Their web site has been a nightmare many times. Frankly I would hire a new IT company and start from scratch.
