You have a habit of sending out autoships and charging bank accounts when you weren't authorized for every 4 weeks - I specifically set autoship as every 3 months! So my bank is $66 smaller when I didn't expect it to be, and I didn't need another 3 tubes of flea/heartworm meds so soon. Then I have to waste my time on the phone. This is the second time this same thing has happened. Rep talked me into staying as a customer by extending autoship which I am not sure I want to trust. You also give a 20% discount for the first month of autoship, but then set it up as only 5% after that. Tricky and not impressed. Not saving as much as we expect and get surprise charges to our bank accts.

They need to improve their approval process with the veterinarians. I've had to get involved pretty much every single time I ordered from them.

I chatted with Kirstin who said she forwarded my issue to a pharmacist who would reach out via email within 1 business day. That was on Tuesday. It is now Friday and I have heard from no one.

On hold for 12 minutes (the recording said 2 minutes) then disconnected! Directly called back, they were now closed. Called the next morning, could not understand person. Prices are great but I can’t communicate to get supplies needed.

On autoship and they are chargins me $100 instead of the $62 listed price on their website!! Beware. You could be paying almost 2x the cost for autoship. So much for advertised cost savings!!! Called an they said the price went up; even though their website still advertised the $62 price!!! Pathetic!! You might save on first autoship; but watch out for the following price hikes!!!

I received the Frontline and HeartGuard every 6 months but when I went to cancel autoship, they make you call. After explaining I want to cancel autoship, I was sent to “shipping department.” This is completely unnecessary and the customer should be able to cancel autoship online. The shipping department kept trying to give more discounts so I wouldn’t cancel autoship. I replied with “Now I’m canceling just because you have kept me on the phone for 11 minutes not letting me cancel.”

Very Difficult To Work With Had script on autoship. changed address on their website - but somehow card declined because address was wrong. Called in, it takes "a while" for the address to get updated, so rep manually made change and sent it out. 12 hours later, autoship now has correct address and tries to resend - same medication shipped and billed twice within 24 hours. Incompetent. Had to call early today to cancel the second one. Lots of unnecessary calls because their systems are not working property.

I made an order originally for an equine prescription. They had the vet office information. Long story short, they were horrible in communication and follow up, they didn't give out good information on the prescriptions they has received, they just don't have good customer service. No amount of cheap prices will replace crappy customer service. I have gone with another company that has MUCH better customer service and follow-up!
