In the end of a difficult back and forth to get the prescription to Allivet, They were thorough enough to recognize that I had ordered the wrong dose on the web site and verified that my dog needed the next size dose of heart worm prevention medication.

Allivet’s customer service is excellent. We used them for several years and each time we had a change of meds (there was 7+ prescriptions) as well as non-prescription items, they were understanding and efficient? When Lucy passed they sent a lovely note of condolences and helped us with her last invoice! Strongly recommend this organization.

Reliable, affordable prescriptions for my dog.

I did receive the items ordered. They took longer than I was expecting to process after the Vet's office approved them. I was told I could get 40% off my first order if I set up auto-ship. I did that but only received a credit of $30. Turns out, it's a max of $30. So the more you spend, the less of a discount you get for setting up auto-ship orders with Allivet. I used them previously and didn't encounter a problem. However, this is disingenuous at best. I'll have to rethink using them in the future. I did reach out to them and they were timely in their response, but didn't resolve this issue to my satisfaction. UPDATE: I was able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction, I was pleased that they were willing to work with me on this issue. Updated rating as appropriate.
