The absolute BEST!! They continued trying to get in touch with my vet when she was slow in her response and once it was cleared they sent the meds overnight even though I didn’t pay for that because he needed his heart medication. I am so impressed and will only use them from this point forward.

Good price, ease of using the website, and quick and friendly customer service when you need help. I intend to continue using them for my dogs who need long term medications.

Customer service & product delivery is good. However, more attention to autoships. I had changed my autoship date on Royal Canin D kibble to September of 2026 from July. I called after receiving email they were shipping. Rep said too late, call back for refund. Do not return. I just called about refund. My call is escalated to a manager. Expect a call back within 24 hrs. Manager did call today & took care of my concern. I am grateful for the way the manager solved the issue expediently!

Allivet has made it extremely easy to get my dog’s heart medication in a timely manner. When my dog was first diagnosed with cardiomyopathy we purchased the meds thru our vets office because it was an immediate need. I researched the cost of the meds and Allivet came up as the supplier we would use. Ordering is easy. Shipping is in a timely manner. And they are reasonably priced.
