The only thing keeping this from 5 Stars is my vet's issues with Allivet's document upload portal. Reportedly difficult to use and poor support. As a user there are no issues with Allivet and we have been customers for a long time. (OVER 5 YEARS)

Thank you so much for your continued loyalty over the past 5+ years—it truly means a lot to us! We're glad you've had a great experience overall, and we appreciate you sharing the concerns from your vet’s side. We’re actively working to improve the document upload process and support for our veterinary partners, and feedback like this helps us get there faster. Thanks again for being part of the Allivet family! 🐾💙

I had a very challenging experience in getting a prescription for my dog the first time I used Allivet. They did work diligently to make it right. Thank you.

I have been a loyal client of a competitor for several years. On the recommendation of my groomer, I gave Allivet a try. The discounts for new clients were very good but they were experiencing some trouble with applying them online. I phoned and the CSR sorted out my order quickly. Deliveries were going out a bit slow the past week because of a software/equipment update, which I wasn't aware of when I placed the order. This was frustrating, but again, a manager stepped up and got my order shipped the day wse spoke and delivered the next. In summary, we had a couple of hickups, but because of how they were resolved, I will be back.
