Our experience was mediocre at best. My vet repeatedly tried to respond to the prescription check and it took me calling before their response was linked to my order. This took a week, then it took another 2 days before my order was ready. In all, it took 2 weeks from when I ordered to finally receiving my pets medication.

Prices are good & product is fine, but website, specifically Autoship, are unreliable. Customer Service tried to accommodate, but IT couldn’t get it right after weeks of emails, live chats & problem notifications. I gave up & went elsewhere.

I usually get good service but my last experience was terrible. Despite my vet sending my Rx a couple of times, the pharmacy claimed they didn't get it. When I spoke with the pharmacy staff, they said they would call my vet but they only tried once and gave up when they couldn't get through despite me telling them the importance that my dog get his chemo drugs but that didn't make a difference. They finally received my Rx and expedited my RX on their own dime which is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 1.

I signed up for Automatic renewals of the meds. I spent $47 on flea medication and they charged me shipping even though it says that if you spend over $30, you get free shipping. Could someone fix this on my account??

Their prices are decent but their shipping is incredibly slow and falsely estimated on medication refills. 1-3 days is more like 10-14 days every time.

I dropped to a 3 star rating due to having to use snail mail to send an updated rx. I am able to simply upload using other online pharmacies. My vet will not comply with phone verification which I have no control over but not allowing uploading with the slowness of our mail system makes timely refilling of prescriptions a problem.

Autoship is fine, but the clain of cash back is false. Also free shipping is false, tried to combine multiple orders for the free shipping promo Allivet said it could not be done.

Everytime my autoship comes due I need to change it as i am not finished with my cat's food due to getting double shipments. I have emailed and asked that the extra shipment be removed. I should not have to do this. If I got to the website and changed the date on the autoship that date should be the new date for shipping.
