Price increased 3 consecutive months even though lower price was promised. I was a longtime customer using auto ship but the last 3 months were a disaster. Would not recommend them. Reliability has become the problem.

I was having a difficult time finding an expensive medicine for my dog. Allivet had it, so I signed up for the Autoship. But when I no longer needed the medicine, I found out that I couldn't cancel the AutoShip from the website. I had to call a customer service representative and explain why I no longer needed the medicine. I really don't need this type of intrusion into my life and was very frustarated that I had to take time out of my life to call someone just to cancel an order. I won't go back to Allivet unless I have no other options.

I've used Allivet for years and they were very reliable. The past six months or so, my auto delivery account has been a mess. Orders have shown wrong dates, been sent out at the wrong times and one order was duplicated. One really annoying thing is that I can't make desired changes online myself. I have to call.

The fact that my vet has to call in every month to approve the script even though should not have to I should not have to get my vet to go out of their way so my dog gets there medicine

Allivet advertises 2-3 days business shipping. I ordered July 2nd and finally received July 14th! After calling I was assured they would reship overnight what appeared to be a lost order. The overnight shipment never happened. Not a good experience. Won't use this company again.

They submitted a request to my vet on June 4th. The vet responded on June 5th, but I have been waiting since then. I've called several times, but the information I receive is always different. They've told me there's an issue with the prescription (without specifying), then they said it hasn't been authorized, then it's in the filling stage, and then back to saying it hasn't been approved. Last Thursday, I was told it "should" be ready to ship on Monday, but when I called on Monday, I was informed that it'll be shipped out in 1 business day. It's frustrating because I never get a straight answer from these people. I just want my dog’s medicine so I can be done with them. I will NEVER use them again.

We ordered meds for our dog...heart meds no less. we ordered them on the 1st and the tracking states delivery 5/13! if you need meds quick do not order them here!!!

I put a product on automatic renewal thst originally ordered on the 14 th to receive by the 21 st . The following month Allivet ordered in on the third without confirming first . I let it go but this month they ordered it without permission on the 1st . All I got was a text saying thank you for your order . I called customer service and representative sent a complaint up the chain for at this rate I’ll be be twice a month . Could not get hold of the upper level rep who left a message with no contact info . So pissed
