It is very easy to work with your staff. I love having my dog's medication delivered to me. Last month, I almost ran out of my dog's epilepsy medication so, I called your company. That rep was very caring and told me he'd do everything he could to expedite my receiving my dog's medication. I asked if he could change the AutoShip dates. He did that and explained how I could change the length of time between receiving the meds. I received her medication 4 days later!!! The medication my dog is on actually prevents her seizures!! She still has some minor "episodes" when she gets extremely stressed; however, that are not even remotely close to the seizures she had prior to starting this medication. Thank you very much for such great Customer Service and being such a dependable company!!

they have been right on the mark with all my dogs meds, recently i was running out of one and my credit card got hacked, it would have been 7 to 10 days before a new card came, but they sent it anyway so she would be without, thank you allivet

Allivet provides quick mail order pet meds. They contact the vet for the prescription. Prices are reasonable and if a problem arises they have a wonderful and helpful customer service department.

It is an amazing company, prices are great and the products are always good. Their costumer service is also extremely helpful, everytime I needed something they were able to help me right away. Made living with a dog that’s needs medications much easier, no more hassle of trying to go into vets to get their medications all the time. I recommend using them to everyone

Allivet makes monthly the monthly refill process a breeze. The cost is much much cheaper than my vet and the prescriptions are always on time.
