Helpful - worked with local vet
When vet prescription was not renewable, I visited the vet with my pet for necessary test. Upon completion of good results from test, notified Allivet. Allivet immediately contacted vet for prescription renewal. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service
There was a mix-up where I somehow had 2 autoships set up so I was going to receive double the amount of medicine I needed at the moment. Their customer service person cancelled one of the autoships for me, and gave me a discount on the second shipment since it has already been shipped and it was easier than returning it. I've contacted them in the past and always receive excellent customer service.

I love and trust Allivet
I love and trust Allivet! The first time I ordered from them, the package got lost. Their amazing customer service team helped me quickly and efficiently and sent my dog’s supplements at no cost. I’m so grateful to Allivet support team for not only providing great service and an quality product.

Vet's prices are so inflated
Vet's prices are so inflated. You dog was diagnosed with a mild heart problem that required her to take two heart pills daily. The Vet provided the initial set of pills. The price was over $30 for a months supply. I searched the internet and found the pills at Allivet for $9. Other companies had the pills at a lower cost than the Vet but Allivet made the prescription transfer so easy.
