This is a very unprofessional company. They are slow at shipping meds, blame the vet for not giving RX (when they did 2 times). My vet has said she has nothing but problems with this company. At the time of writing my dogs life saving heart medication, is still being held up over 2 weeks after it was supposed to ship. I have called 2 separate times to get my dogs meds shipped and was promised they would ship next day... they have not. I will be switching pharmacies after this debacle and it's not even the first time this has happened with them.

Placed an order 2 months ago and it has yet to be filled. The excuse given is that they are waiting for delivery from their supplier. But I feel like there is no excuse for not Initiating contact with me to let me know that they are having a problem filling my order. I have called to inquire about the delay and the customer service reps are always polite and apologetic but I think they should be the ones to take the initiative to contact me to let me know there will be a delay and when I might expect delivery. Their pricing is good and I have in past had good service from Allivet; but it seems that something there has changed and certainly not for the better.

Nobody told me a week ago when I called about the apoquel I ordered the week before that they're "redoing the warehouse" meaning orders are late and the link to track a package is broken. I feel lied to. Terrible company never again Edit: i found the published reply to my review to be mealymouthed and condescending. I finally received the medicine yesterday the 18th (ordered Jan 29). Then today, I got an email saying they are processing a refund. So I do appreciate the refund. But I definitely won't be back.

When my pet's scrip runs out, and my vet does not reply to your fax request for a new scrip (they're idiots), it makes NO sense to continue faxing to them. When I suggest that you pick up the phone and CALL them, I don't want to be told (several times) that outgoing phone calls are not permitted. If you're not willing to do what is necessary to satisfy the customer, then you don't deserve the customer's loyalty.

I was quoted a price for the auto-shipment, but when I received the bill, it was WAY too much!!! It was NOT what I was quoted and even “more” than I would have paid at my Vet’s pharmacy! I am very disappointed!

Communication was terrible

Prices are good. But unbelievable website when it comes to checking out as it practically ensnares you to autoship what you've purchased. Just unbelievable. No other site/app I've ever used does this.

This has been an ongoing problem for years for me. Allivet sends an email copy of a receipt when an order is shipped. This receipt only provides the charged amount. It does not show the payment and zero balance. Pet insurance companies want a receipt detailing payment receipt and zero balance. I have asked repeatedly for this feature with no results. I am tired of having to make a call to Allivet and requesting email copy of the invoice detailing payment. I am looking for new pet pharmacy that provides what pet insurance companies need for claims.
