Allivet has the best prices we've found on monthly flea and tick preventatives for our cats. Sometimes our vet says she has to send multiple confirmations in order to fill our prescriptions, but other than that, Allivet is awesome!

I am very pleased with Allivet, and have never had a problem. Except this last time I chatted with an Allivet Customer Service Rep, it felt as if she was in a hurry to answer my questions, and resolve my question, and I had to end a chat with her, because the first time I was chatting with her, she didn't answer me in over 5 minutes, so I closed that chat and started a new one, and received her again. She explained that she had had a client with an emergency, but left no indication of that in my first chat with her. I would have given 5 stars if she would have taken a moment to let me know she was handling an emergency, and would be right with me. I redeemed some rewards points for $5, not knowing I couldn't use them with another coupon, and that the ones I redeemed would expire within a month. I asked if this one time they could be added back onto my account, and she said unfortunately no, but she could give me store credit. Since I assumed store credit would be valid for a long time, I didn't question when they would expire, so after it was all said and done, I only got maybe 2 more moths to use them, I am not sure when I will be placing another order, so now I might lose them anyway. Not happy about that. Since she didn't explain any of that to me, I felt she was to rushed to help me.
