Prices are not always the lowest online, but much better than my local vet, and the product selection is good. Plus, the site makes it easy to reorder. How about sending reminders to customers when medications are due to be reordered?

My first purchase had a "loss leader" price. When I got charged full price the second prescription I called to ask about it and they mentioned loss leading pricing. Though I wasn't happy about this as it wasn't written down as a one time price, the "full" price appears competitive.
