AllivetReviews of allivet.com

A wonderful experience! Would highly recommend Allivet. Strong customer support.

We purchased Galliprant from Allivet for our sweet lab Alan. They were always prompt with orders and were great about reaching out to our vet for refills. And definitely less expensive than getting directly from our vet. Sadly our almost 14 year old Alan passed away last month. We were able to donate our unused Galliprant to a dog in need.

I have been ordering from Allivet for several years now and the products and customer service has always been outstanding. I had just received my latest auto- ship order for a six month supply of Simparica Trio Heartworm, Flea and Tick Preventative for my precious 13 year old dog Oscar for his September 2025 through February 2026 doses. Shortly after I had placed that order, I found out that precious Oscar had a collapsed trachea and today, August 18th at 4pm, I had to make the heart breaking decision to have my precious Oscar put to sleep because of complications that were beyond the scope of treatment. Just thirty minutes after Oscar took his last breath I realized I should call and cancel the auto shipment. When customer service came on the line it was the voice of what turned out to be a precious angel. I explained I needed to cancel and why. She was so sincerely sad and compassionate for me and my precious Oscar and gave me here condolences then assured me she would cancel the auto ship for me. I went a step further and asked because of our sad circumstances of Oscar's passing, if I could return and get a refund for the order of Simparica Trio I had recently received. Without hesitation, she said they would issue me a full refund and it wasn't necessary to return the meds because it was against regulations. I cannot express how much this gesture of kindness and compassion on one of the worst days of my life lifted me up from the dark hole I was in when I originally called to tell them the news of Oscar's passing. I thanked her with all the gratitude I had in my heart and plan on donating the meds to our local shelter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful company ALLIVET who is the only company I have ever done business with that truly lives up to and beyond their claim of caring about the pets and pet families who order from them. God bless you all and I will sing your praises to all the pet parents I know.

It is very convenient to have the meds my pet needs delivered on a regular basis in an automated way. It is also more cost effective as the vet charges more.

Customer Service was fantastic! My doggie was very sick with heart failure and they were very helpful and understanding as well as professional. I was so upset and freaked out about my tiny guy, I had them explain anything that I didn't understand, and the pricing of meds and oh my goodness, was so great. I will do business with Allivet again. Thank you for your service!

I always get my products on time. I’m on a subscription schedule plan and I always get notifications and never have any problems with deliveries. I really appreciate having a great customer service team also and I get fast responses if any questions or concerns arise. Allivet is a great company for your pet supplies. Barbara E Inglese
