the only problem i have seem to run into was when i call no one is answering the phone. and i changed my auto ship date and they still shipped it on the date i have changed. waiting to see when they ship it next I have been watching my dates. shipping is quick and prices are good.

We had a terrible start with this order tat went nowhere for over a week, that resulted in me emailing twice and finally calling the USA customer service team from Hong Kong. Once the error was understood at their end, they were apologetic and paid for half the shipping to make up for the delay. So thankyou for the recovery.

First order took a long time to receive with very little communication or notification as to what was going on. Second order received very quickly. As long as the second experience continues into other ordering experiences then I'll continue to be a customer. Great pricing compared to other pharmacies.

Their prices are competitive, but they have long hold times on the phone a lot. Also, sometimes their shipping is slow and other times its fast.

The products are very good. We use canned dog food and the selection and price is excellent. We have had some problems with dented and damaged cans in our order. This was not the seller’s fault and they were very good at correcting the problem. They now ship in very sturdy containers. This seemed to solve the problem. They replaced all the dented cans at no charge. Excellent customer service. The only other concern is shipping intervals, we are on an every 4 week order. Sometimes when we call for extra food or to delay a shipment, this information doesn’t seem to get to the order processor. Not a major issue but takes some time to get it straightened out.
