Allivet supplied many meds for my…
Allivet supplied many meds for my beloved dog, O’Malley . They were gracious at the end of his life to not charge me for meds on auto order after he passed away. That action speaks of their love of their clients and their pets!

My experience with Allivet was overall excellent.
My experience with Allivet was overall a very positive one. They communicated very well and in a timely manner whenever I had questions or concerns. They shipped products on time and my orders were often received a day early.

The best customer service with compassion.
This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I recently lost my beloved cat, and had ordered products for him that arrived just before he passed away. When I contacted Allivet to tell them this and asked for instructions on how to make a return, they took care of everything and went above and beyond to show me compassion at such a difficult time. I have never experienced such wonderful and caring customer service, and I was crying when I emailed them to thank them for treating me so wonderfully at such a difficult time in my life. This company will always have a special place in my heart!
