My Dog died....I tried to cancel my order with Alivet - before I had received the medication. I was told it was too late as it was already in the shipping process...so not only do I have to pay the cost to return the medication, but you charged me a "restocking fee" for a product that wasn't even opened?....Nice...how humane of your company...

Worst experience!!! Script called in on April 4th, my vet approved it on the 5th and by the 12th, the Allivet pharmacy still had an RX Hold. I called EVERY single day and EVERY day was told it will be processed to go out that day. Each time I called the wait time was around 20 minutes, EVERY time! Now, I'm out a script that's life saving for a terminally ill pup. I have to buy it from the emergency room at literally twice to price. Today, the 13th, it still had the RX Hold and I cancelled. I'm calling 1-809-Pet-Med and NEVER using Allivet again. Very angry!!!!

Have bought from them faithfully until I needed an autoship sent earlier. I asked for them to ship without the shipping charge this time . After going thru a supervisior..who said NO. I decided to pay the full amount for shipping overnite. My dog is a diabetic and needed the meds for Cushings. That's how they treat old senior customers.

Zero customer service. I've written notes on orders that weren't answered. Called customer service and asked for a supervisor and they never called back. I was personally promised a credit by the owner of the company, Kal Abdalla, and the credit didn't work online; I called and left messages about this and no one called back. Clearly, this company doesn't care about its customers, so how does it stay in business? Does it buy vet meds from disreputable companies that dilute the meds or don't include expensive compounds? My vet says they're out there; does Allivet buy from them? I don't know and at this point don't care because I won't be coming back. I Googled the names of the drugs my dogs need and found several online vet med companies that have the same prices or better. I won't be using Allivet in the future, but I will be reporting the company to The American College of Veterinary Pharmacists, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology, American Animal Hospital Association, American Association of Veterinary Colleges, American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology, Better Business Bureau and several other organizations. Finally, if I don't get the promised refund on my next credit card statement, I'll dispute my last charge with Visa and the company will withhold payment to Allivet. Adios terrible business people.

I will never use Allivet again. I have been in animal rescue for twelve years and used Allivet quite a bit but the last few orders have been nothing but a mess. Delays, confusion, etc. They sent two fax requests to my vet, which she answered. Still nothing, she then called them to approve it and for another week still said "waiting for vet approval." I finally went with another company and tried to cancel the Allivet order and suddenly everything is alright. Oh its being shipped out now, no problem. Bull, won't use them again.

Iv only used this site once and I will never use it again. They took forever to ship my item and were hard to get a hold of. Also I called because my item was delivered to the wrong address and they told me they had to file a report with the us postal system and would call me back. I NEVER received a call. Luckily my neighbor got my package so I received it out of pure luck. Point blank, it was not a good experience. I'll used pet Meds next time.

My last two orders have been unacceptable. I order insulin and syringes. The box of syringes has been opened and the syringes used as packing for the insulin. Syringes are sterile medical equipment and this practice is totally unacceptable. Customer service was wonderful and replaced my syringes. But I have to note the reason for this review is because this happened with my last TWO orders. As accommodating as customer service is, problems are not being corrected.

Sent me expired products and refusing to refund my money
