Fast, responsive customer service.

I will be using Allivet for all of my pet prescriptions. They have every medication I needed even some that have been more difficult to find. Their prices are competitive with any other online services. I appreciate that my animal’s medication was sent out very quickly, as time is of the essence when dealing with medication. Lastly, customer service was incredibly helpful, kind, and pain free. I had to contact them to cancel an autoshop error (the error being on my part because I had forgotten about it) and they took great care of the situation. Thankful to know of a reliable pet source for all of my animal’s medical needs!

Prices are lower then Chewy so i switched my dogs meds to Allivet. Service has been great!

Allivet always delivers in a timely manner. Their products are never damaged in shipment and they contact your vet for refills making the process pretty seamless. Just ask your vet to send them the script electronically.

Our first order with Allivet unexpectedly coincided with the euthanasia of our beloved dog, Maggie. Allivet was so gracious and we're so grateful that they were able to issue refunds on both orders since our dog had literally passed away before the orders had even shipped. If we do get another pet, Allivet will be at the top of our online list for all of our pet pharmaceutical needs. They are very cost-competitive and deep in online vet medicine offerings.
