I love the convenience of auto ship instead of having to drive into town every month to pick up the prescriptions from the vet's office. They also have really good customer service.

We can hear how much your dog means to you, and we’re so sorry for the loss of your wife. When it’s just the two of you, making sure his medication arrives on time isn’t just a delivery, it’s peace of mind. We’re honored to provide your buddy with the important medication he needs and to support you both however we can.

Great prices on Pet Meds, but there are process glitches with ordering anything with an Rx. Their system often does not recognize when I still have an active Rx on file and I have to contact customer service to resolve it. Sometimes, when I have to send in a paper Rx, it takes weeks for it to process. Again, usually requires contact with customer service. These are all issues I plan for now, but I will likely keep using them due to good pricing AND good selection of the various pet meds I need that some other Rx sites do not offer.

My first auto order was for 6 pk.flea killer for cats. I only received a 3 pack. I reported it to Allivet and they sent me the correct 6 pk and told me to keep the 3 pack.

Allivet prices are generally in line with other online pet Rx companies. I believe the quality is very good. My only issue is with the AutoShip plan. Of course there is a discount for signing up for a medication to be shipped automatically without a customer having to get online and manually order it, and there is free shipping for AutoShip. They do send a reminder before it ships, but I have experienced issues when I have to adjust the next scheduled shipment. Our pet is not on a regular schedule for some meds and we administer 'as needed' so I have to adjust the next shipment since I still have enough medication on hand. But several times recently I get notices of a pending shipment, though I had previously changed the next shipdate to come several weeks later. They asked me to provide them a screen shot to show the date on their website to prove this. So annoying, and more time had to be spent online. Allivet is responsive to questions though, and each incident has been resolved, thankfully.

The medicine always comes on time for my dog and I get ample warning of when it's going to run out

You have good, responsive customer service & communication. Sadly though, I found a co. that can sell the same medication for $30 less a month & I may have to stop this subscription. Can you match another company's price?
