Too many times my order has taken too long to arrive and my pet has ran out of her medication. Frustrating

Auto-ship Prescription expired w/o my knowledge or any notification from Allivet, until it was after ship date. Literally had to call 3 times to get the order shipped after vet renewed Prescription & paid for expedited shipping & still was not shipped. Did not receive before I was out, so had to go to the vets office & get 15ml for $86.00..When I get 100ml for less than $60 thru this service. Then the next auto-ship date, I received no notification that my medication was out of stock until the last minute. Once again had to fight tooth & nail to get a substitute for my dog's medication. Terrible service lately. I have been using Allivet since December of 2022. Just started having issues.

Very disappointed and frustrated at how long I have to wait to get my pets medication. I’ll get a notification saying it got shipped and the it will take 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. It’s been happening more often and I have to turn to my vet to get medication, which causes me to spend more money. I pay $13.95 on shipping and it should arrive 3-5 days but I don’t always get it in that time frame. Very inconvenient for me!

I'm charge .66 cent per tablet for carprofen when on the page to order shows for 100mg's a price of .38 cents auto ship price and a one time cost of .64 cents per tablet. Every 3 month it continues to increase. Chewy is .52 cents each.

My dog needed heart meds and it was problematic to get them filled due to the dosage amounts. It was so simple to find, submit, and pay (an extra $22) for the next day shipment. Then, they drug their feet and two days later, the meds were shipped. No refund, no apology, nothing when I called to complain. Then I found the reviews online that said this was common for them. Yes, I needed the meds. If you can't ship when you say you're going to that just amounts to a scam taking advantage of stressed pet owners. Not buying from them again. I was also supposed to get a 40% off coupon toward the order for first time buyers-again, just another scam to get your money.

Updated 2/28/25 My first order with Allivet was handled promptly and mailed quickly. My next order was a delayed mess. I ordered 2/10/25 and did NOT receive the order until 2/25/25 and was told their delivery system was messed up. I placed another order on 2/18 and it came before the 2/10/order on 2/23/25! Their website says most orders delivered within 3 work days. When speaking with Allivet agents I got the impression they did NOT know what the mailing issues were and would only give me the same tired answer: "We are working on the delivery", but could never come up with a real answer about why they could not handle my order. They should have canceled the older 2/10 order and put a new order for what I wanted into the system so I could have gotten my dog meds sooner. -------------- I placed an order with Allivet on 2/10/25 and 12 days on I am still waiting for THEM to tell me why they have not been able to ship my order! When I speak with them on the phone, because their online chat does not work either, I get the same song and dance: they do not know what the problem is with shipping items and do NOT know when it will be fixed! This is a poor excuse from a company who should be able to clear the log jam and get things moving again. Even their managers, forget the agents who answer your calls, do NOT have any explanation of what the shipping issues are! I guess NOBODY wants to take the time to get an answer either. Sure looks that way to customers! Find another Pet med company!

Slow shipping and unreliable. If your pet is on life saving medications, you can not depend on timely arrival even on autoship.
