I had to contact Customer Service because of a mix-up in my order dates. I told them I urgently needed my dog's medication as he was running out of meds. The rep was very helpful and my vet was contacted the same day and my order shipped out the next day. Allivet is reliable and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

We have used Allivet for our dogs Cushings pills since she was diagnosed. Everything is easy to order and always comes at promised time. When first ordering we called them and they helped us through getting approval from our Vet (pills much more expensive through Vets office).
