Good prices, excellent customer service
I happened on Allivet while looking for lower pricing of pet meds. They carried exactly what we needed and the pricing was awesome! Example: my vet was charging us $76 for meds. Allivet charged us $18 for the same meds, plus shipping. How can you go wrong with that? They also contacted our vet for refills. We've switched and have been using Allivet for our pets meds since early 2025 and have had no issues with stock, quality or shipping. And Allivets customer service is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind.

Allivet is an Ethical and advanced company.
I have been using Allivet for my cats flee meds. This has saved me possible thousands of dollars of going to Vet. Also I inadvertently signed up for auto refill. I was able to quickly get that changed. They did not make it complicated or penalize me.

Prescription cancelation
My great experience was with customer care team. I unfortunately had to cancel a prescription for my dogs after an unforseen problem. I contacted the customer service and in an extremely timely manner my prescription was canceled without a single hitch! The service provided could not have been more too notch!! Thank you!! Julie
