I haven't had to deal with a human being yet and hopefully I won't have to. At this point, all I did was place an order for my dog's medicine. The website is very user friendly. The pricing is what they advertise as. I am paying 1/3 to 1/2 of what the vet is charging. My dog will need this medicine for quite sometime so I am definitely happy with the prices.

Easy to use site, prices cannot be beat. Having the coupon after the first order was placed helped, too! I am hoping that we can combine the 2 orders I have with them now, so I can get free shipping each time with orders >$49. Even if I cannot, it is still less expensive than going with my local vet!

Allivet is terrific!! It never fails.....we always forget to order our dogs flea protection and our Vet -- who is FANTASTIC -- lives nearly an hour away from us, so running out and picking it up is not always easy. We remembered that we use Allivet to auto-ship a required medicine for him and, sure enough, there was the Sentinel product we need AND delivered free! Once again, saved by Allivet!

Finally a Chew Tablet that our Dog loves. Our 9year Old was Prescribed this Heart Med, it appears that Meds are doing there Job as Cooper seems to be better with Meds!
