I have been relatively happy with Allivet. The only time I have been dissatisfied is when I recently sent a message about an auto shipment. I never heard anything back from hem. I later realized that I probably suspended the shipment but I still think I should have gotten a response.

Great source for Vetsulin and other pet diabetic supplies. Even with $30 cold shipping fee, Vetsulin price is well below my vet’s price. Did experience one problem when one of my orders was delayed for well over a week due to an out of stock issue for one item. Customer service responded quickly when I called and shipped the other item that was in stock.

My prescription order was processed quickly and accurately and arrived promptly. The medication expires in April of this year (ordered in either Jan or Feb), which would have been nice to know beforehand and perhaps a discount for short-dated meds would be nice. The medication is used on an as needed basis, so it may or may not be used before it expires.
