I have been ordering from Allivet for 2 years now and have been very happy with their site and their products. One time I received an order that was not good. I called customer service and they promptly sent me a another at no charge.

These online pet meds places can be confusing and not very trustworthy. I've find allivet to be both great in customer service and speedy with filling and shipping and order. For example, my last reorder required my vet's approval with a fax. Once they received it the prescription was shipped the next day and I received it two days later. Great customer service.
