received a letter stating they had tried to contact vet and get prescription,i called them and they said i had not given vet or phone info,then how did they call,not impressed,very hard to understand customer service rep,should speak better english

If it was possible to give this company and minus rating I would! First of all this is the first and last time I will use this company for ordering a prescription for my dog. My dog is required to take a pill everyday for her skin condition. I ordered the pills early enough so I wouldn't miss a day. That was Aug. 29th. My Vet approved it Aug 30th. However, some how and they don't know how my prescription was flagged to be mailed for approval and not fax approval. I called my Vet to find out what happen, they sent me the approval for the prescription that was faxed to Allivet on Aug 30th. However, when I called customer service, the person on the line "refused" to help me and said that she wouldn't do anything without the "written approval" from the Vet. I asked to speak with a Manager. Unfortunately, the Manager had no idea why the account was flagged. I told her "that's kind of scary we are talking about my dog's health and you don't know why your company won't send me my superscription"? She called my Vet got the correct approval and said see would send it two day air. I was very happy with the outcome. However, if it was sent "two-day" air it would have been here Friday or Saturday. But it is Monday and NO PRESCRIPTION still. I did get an email saying it would be delivered today. Problem ... I've been out of my dog's prescription since Saturday. ONLY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU "DON'T" NEED YOU PRESCRIPTION ON TIME.

I made a one-time order for canine medication on Allivet, with no refills. it took over 3 weeks to get the medication in the first place, and then two more weeks after that I received refills of both medications. call the veterinarian, he did not authorize nor recommend them. called Allie vet, and they told me they have to stick by their policy of charging for anything that they send out. And since it's prescription meds they can't be sent back so therefore I was still being charged $140. I spoke to several people who said that was their policy. I don't understand the policy that simply decides to charge ones card for something not ordered and then sticking by it. I filed a complaint with the consumer board as well as with PayPal. I did receive my money back but never an apology from Allivet

Was very disappointed with Allivet. Do not buy Nexguard from them Bought 6 months Nexguard for my dog 60 lbs. They didn't come in a sealed box. It came in 6 pack flab. How the heck would customer know, which vendor they bought it from.It could be fake or pirate Nexguard, with ingredients from China. Usually the Nexguard for 6 months comes in sealed box.

I will not use Allivet any more. I just ordered my dogs meds. It left south Florida and went to Jacksonville and back again to south Florida(back to Allivet). My address is in Gainesville Florida. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It has been 8 days and I still don't have it.

Went to the vet my dog was suffering from Bronchitis,my vet gave me two medications,when I got home I researched to see if there was anything else and I saw that a Aerodawg asthma inhaler would help I called my vet back and they sad it would so I ordered it through Allivet I needed a perscrption for that item but my doctor sent it the same day Aug 6th Monday by Friday my dog was having trouble breathing so I called to see were my order was.Customer service said they did receive it on the 6th but cant figure out why it didn't ship I told him this is for a sick dog I need this now I told him should overnight this its your fault,after talking with a supervisor the best they could do is do a two day shipping and they could not ship it today because the pharmacists have left for the day so it would be Monday and I would get it Wednesday,I replied my dog is suffering that is the best you can do,he went to the manager and came back to only say we can give you ten dollars off for store credit.I said well I hope my dog makes it that long Im writing this its the 14th my dog is a ten year old pointer and I dont want anyone to go through this company if your dog is sick dont count on Allivet

Received vaccine from Allivet shipped over nite. Ambient temperature inside shipping box was at 78 degF. Vials were rolling around loose and ice packs were completely melted and at 73 degF. Vials at 77 degF. Very poorly packed...you would think an experienced company would know better,Shipment of vaccine was well over acceptable temperature and vaccine no longer any good.Contacted customer service to express my concerns and they were no help with a don't give a hoot attitude. Lost my money and time...Allivet lost their reputation and my respect. Sourced out another company with better shipping methods and guaranteed delivery or my money back. The Allivet logo states they are a trusted company and you can certainly trust them to take your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ALLIVET! I would like to start by saying, my experience is from the veterinary side, not the client side. Have you ever ordered from Allivet and had to wait days for a response, possibly even had to call them and/or your veterinarian to see why your prescription request is not being authorized? This is due to Allivet NEVER SENDING your request to your veterinarian. Although using a non-licensed retailer such as online pharmacies for purchasing medications is not recommended (the product is NOT guaranteed by the manufacturer), but you prefer having your purchase shipped to you directly, save yourself and your veterinarian a lot of hassle and use one OTHER THAN Allivet. If you would like to purchase online medications that are guaranteed by the manufacturer check with your veterinarian, many have online pharmacies for your convenience, we do.
