It was easy to re-order my dog's meds using Allivet and they offer the best price I could find anywhere. I only wish shipping was faster!

For this being my first experience ordering my pets medicine online - I genuinely can give the service 4 stars. The entire process was smooth and delivery was much quicker than expected! As well as the nearly $80 saved each month now with Allivet. I’m shooting for 5 stars with our upcoming reorder!

Overall my shopping experience was the usual "Satisfied." It's cheaper and saves time shopping on Allivet. The ONLY area that has an issue, is the prescription part of the purchase. It would be great if some how you could be more informative about what I need to do to expedite the order. When I placed my order, it "clearly" stated they had my prescription on file. Problem was it was for only 1 more pack of 3 pills. I needed more, so they had to go back and check with the vet. I lost most of the day not knowing that, only to find an email stating they were waiting on vet for approval. I could have contacted my vet and given them a heads up. STILL, the package did show up days before I was out. That is why you did not get 5 stars. Thank You, J.D.

I've had a no hassle experience with Allivet. The only thing I would like is the opportunity for coupons or to have my product go on sale occasionally.I purchase Rx meds that are going to be life long therapy for my dog and the occasional coupon would be great.

Easy to order, customer service was very helpful with my questions on the phone.

Free shipping could be done via UPS for faster delivery.

Staff was vey helpful communicating with my vet and the medication was delivered very fast. Prices could be better.

Quick shipping....only issue I've ever had is when I've had 2 recurring orders, they shipped separately (therefore, increasing shipping costs).
