This does not work at all. They continue to scratch and bite non stop.

I mailed in my prescription attached to a copy of my Vet receipt showing a heart-worm test. I received a call and email asking for the prescription saying I just mailed the receipt. How can you not see something stapled together? Evidently, they LOST the prescription. Rather than admit their problem, they blamed me saying they only got the receipt! Did they you lose something stapled together? Can they read? Or do they read English? So I sent a scanned copy, so they could SEE what I mailed to them and find it. They emailed back stating they need a paper copy because they can't use a scanned copy. Again, they can't read! I told them in the email I was sending a COPY of what I mailed so they could see what I sent; but instead, I get a crass response saying I need to mail in the paper copy. They evidently lost it! DO NOT TRUST YOUR Pet's care to this company. If they lose documents and then refuse to accept responsibility, how can you be sure they are doing anything right! Now my pet's heart-worm care has lapsed 3 days waiting for an order that should have been filled over a week ago! I am going back to my Vet to get another RX and going elsewhere.

When I tried to use the coupon code that was given when I signed up with my email address it would not work and I tried to find it and i could not.

While placing my order I was shown a $5 coupon discount. Allivet failed to apply it to my total....dishonest

Sucker in and sandbag. This company’s prices are good the first time thru. After that, pay full retail! $13.95 in December. January is $24.35. My vet offers it at $27, has it in stock and is 2 blocks away. Who would You rather have take care of your dog-their vet or a soulless website? I won’t use these guys again!

I put through an order with Allivet and almost instantly two charges were processed through businesses near their Florida headquarters. When I sent this in to customer services their best answer was to say that they were sorry this happened, not even that they would look into it or that this kind of thing even seemed unusual.

Over-priced meds Difficult to get them to coordinate with my vet to validate the prescription. Took many weeks! Their system defaults to sending out refills many months and way more frequently than the dog requires. So that you end up prepaying for a year or more of a med at their super high prices- before you realize how much you over paid relative to many better online options. Sorta scam

the online ordering experience was difficult to say the least....started the order and took almost 5 or 6 days to complete..first I had questions and the phones were down for a couple days ...then tried to checkout with PayPal for 3 or 4 days and still no PayPal up and running...so I used my Amx card which is why I'm a PayPal member to avoid using my card for privacy reasons ... so we'll see how this order goes now that finally placed!
