Have ordered from them a few times and unfortunately the last time, the post office delivered to the wrong box and I received my package 4 days after it was delivered. I called Allivet right away when I did not receive my package and they said they had to do an investigation and would call me withing 5 days. I never received a call from anyone. Luckily, one of my neighbors returned the package to me but if they hadn't, I would have been upset that Allivet didn't bother to check to see if I had received my pet's medication. This shows an issue with customer service. Follow through is critical and if this ever happened again and the meds weren't received, I would certainly expect them to replace them at no cost.

Your online site is great. Wish you had dog toys. I found sometimes the response time of my finger taps was very sensitive. I had to go back a couple of times to delete and or redo my order. Overall good process. Like the fact you can contact my Vet for me about the Rovera(Carprofen).

Good turn around time. Would be better if they could coordinate shipping of multiple items and save on shipping. All-in-all great prices and good service.

We've been using Allivet for our pup's prescriptions. Allivet it awesome. They contact the vet for us and ship the prescriptions... no problem. Easy to reorder too!

Easy to order, good prices and they work very well with my vet to get things approved and easy on his end. Shipping is a little slow unless you upgrade.
