I signed up to get a code for a discount. A code was sent to me but I was not provided anywhere to type it in or use it. That really made me mad.

I ordered my dogs RX a week ago and paid extra for it to be here in 2 business days as she has pneumonia and the RX is very expensive from the vet. A week has gone by and its still not here so I called and their excuse was they are very behind schedule with lots of orders and still haven't shipped it out! Said it will go out tomorrow and they will over night it, so that's two more days! Then, they overcharged me removing the 10% discount for doing the auto ship schedule! This is the second time this company has done this to me (once before with another dog) and I will NOT be using this horrible company again! I would never recommend for something important for your pet.

Called in a prescription yesterday for my horse. My vet authorized quickly. I was not informed that Allivet DOESN'T ship anything on a FRIDAY!!! Really needed this prescription to arrive ASAP. Now it's not shipping til Monday. Thanks for the advance notice!! Will never order from them again 🤬

Very slow shipping method!! My order took 12 days from order to arrival. If you have the time or placed an order ahead of needing it, then you probably won't mind the long timeframe. Personally, I won’t order from them again. Most of those I do business with the product arrives in 2-4 days. I’ll stick with them.

They stole my money because I didn't give a permission to them to send me anything. I NEED to order if I want to … If I didn't it is because I don't need it it is because I found some place with cheaper medications.... Do not trust them...

We paid for next day shipping and it’s a week that we don’t get any. The said they had the product and now they say they don’t have!!! Very disappointed!!

I have been a loyal customer since Feb 2018, and I order frequently ($200 worth in the past week). Today, I had to call regarding an issue with one of the medications I received. The prescription was for 1/2 of a 10mg tablet every 12hrs. They sent me unusable tablets (they disintegrate when you try using a pill-cutter). When I called, I was told that the pharmacy knew they sent me tablets that couldn't be cut!! Wth? You would think that would have warranted a call to me?!?! Anyways, I asked if they could send me scored tablets (which I know exist) or pre-cut them with their professional machines. I was told no. I asked if they could just send 5mg tablets to equal the amount that was prescribed, and I was again told no. The only solution they gave was to have my vet write another prescription for 5mg tablets twice daily that I could then mail again to Allivet and wait again for the new order to arrive which would take no less than 7-10 days. First of all my vet will only provide paper prescriptions for outside medications. Second, she's not going to redo a prescription for the exact same thing different pill! I've now been put in a very difficult position to try and convince my vet to give me another paper prescription so that someone local can fill my prescription fast! I’m not sure how you keep good customers with this type of service, but I certainly won’t be using Allivet in the future!!

Placed an order; nine days later "still processing "....my dog could be dead by the time the RX arrived. Now over 11 days and nadda.
