No complaints at all. They promptly contact my vet and always ship right away. Prices are so much less than at the vet which really helps when you have 3 dogs. I have been using them for over two years and have had great customer service every time I order.

Allivet's prices are consistently significantly lower than my dogs' vet office (in many cases HALF the price) for the exact same medication. We have three dogs and one has a congenital heart condition. Her medication is keeping her alive and prolonging her life. It's such a relief to be able to purchase it online at such an enormous savings. I've also purchased heartworm medication that was about half the price our vet charges.
