We have auto delivery every 2 wks for 1 of 2 meds. I get an email telling me when it will be shipped (the same day I've requested) yet they ship a few days early *every time*. When I've asked why this happens I've been told they ship a few days ahead. Why? What's the purpose of even having an auto delivery date if it's not being adhered to?

How Allivet handles my boy’s prescriptions is so worry free for me. There autoship process is so easy. My vet likes working with them also which makes the whole process so simple. I do find that their app could use some improvements but that is the only reason I did not rate them with a 5 star review. Their service is exceptional and should receive a 5 star review.

Great prices. Friendly and helpful Customer Service Associates. I have had ongoing problems with them not notifying me of issues delaying my refills so that I can resolve them timely so I end up spending double to get prescriptions from my vet when I run out. I was given the wrong address my a customer Service rep. And emailed it same day they mailed it but didnt tell me the address was wrong or respond to email advising they needed originaluntil a week later. My very first prescription the vet forgot to sign. They contacted her and not me even though she doesnt deal with pharmacies. I wasnt advised of the subsequent delay until I contacted them when it was late so I had to pay double to get it from my pharmacy and then get new script and pay to fed ex. When they got new signed prescription they kept mixing up the prescriptions and telling me I had no refills when I had refills on the proper prescription. Customer Service and the pharmacy Dept dont communicate and often have conflicting information. Update: I was contacted by a Manager who listened to my complaints and made sure make necessary changes to my account to resolve any further issues and was able to get my current RX sent out ontime and offered me a discount for the next 12 months that was better than I was given when my current one had expired making it affordable again. Im willing to give them another shot.

The online account isn’t user friendly no where online to cancel autoship. There website states you have 30 day satisfaction guarantee to try the product to see if it works but yet they won’t return it if u opened which makes no sense to have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee without trying the product. My dog didn’t take to the probiotics we tried to give him one and he wouldn’t take it called to return the rest let them know what the policy said and all they still said they won’t return it. I also called to cancel my autoship and was told I would get an email as of today 4/16 my autoship hasn’t been cancelled and no email confirmation has been sent so now I have to call again and take time out to get this done it shouldn't be this difficult to cancel an auto-ship this is going on 3 days now of waiting for it so now I am on a 5 min hold again to get this cancelled I have used other pet pharmacies that hasn’t been this difficult this place was referred by our vet and I will be letting them know the difficulties with this pharmacy and to ask to offer alternative pharmacies for patients to purchase from. I am changing my rating due to the follow up. Christina left a v/m that I should have received a refund and was issuing me one.I received an email of cancellation after my second call I appreciate the prompt follow up for addressing my concern.

Your shipping is slow

When I first was trying to find the most affordable medications (simparica trio and apoquel), this company was the one that stood out I believe it was because it was the cheapest when you first order with them, which was nice! I like that they send out emails a few days before shipping the medications. However, the one thing I did not like was that some medications increase in price (when you’re on autoship) and you get no warning until you get an email showing that you have an upcoming order and it shows the cost. I believe they should send out an email when they first are notified that the prices are increasing. I understand it’s the manufacturers and not them but it would help out a lot because even though it’s a dollar or whatever amount it does add up. Overall though when I address my concerns with a representative they did work with me and I was satisfied. I will purchase again but I will pay attention to the pricing

Happy update: A very nice customer service rep reached out to address the interaction I previously wrote about. They apologized for the lack of customer service & explained why the price increased. I had gotten an introductory 30% off my first autoship but the following shipments only had a 5% discount. I did not realize that. They also offered to change my shipments to monthly for me & provide a refund for the $43. Very much appreciated the time they took to make the situation better. *previous post: I was signed up for autopay at a certain price for initial purchase then upon second shipment the price went up $43. As soon as I got the notification via email about the auto charge to my account I reached out to customer service to see if either I could change the purchase to a one month supply which would be best for my budget or just a refund all together - mind you the medication had not even been shipped - the charge hadn't even cleared my bank yet & they refused to accommodate my suggestions. Terrible customer service & while I do need the medication for my pet, I absolutely will not ever purchase anything else from this company.

Good communication, timely products
